ideas for things to make for my son using a blender?
He will not eat fruit and most veg, despite our best attempts a nd disguising! Unlike his sister who will choose lettuce over a chocolate bar! I cannot afford to pay out for a juicer or smoothie maker but was told I cant use my electric food blender to make this kinda thing. I’m new to all this but would really appreciate some ideas on what I can do for him… he loves ketchup so i didnt know if i could include that somehow?? Any help would be really appreciated!!
P.s. he can have no dairy or soya.. he can only tolerate rice milk and rice substitues 
I make smoothies in a food blender, it’s basically the same as a smoothie maker. I’d have a smoothie over any other drink. Except Guinness.
