Hamilton Beach Juicer 67650 Questions

What Kind of Juicer is Best for My Needs?

I’m considering buying a juicer, and I know that there are two different kinds that work differently from each other. I plan on juicing mostly softer fruits and vegetable. Things like leafy greens, and especially strawberries ((and other berries)), peaches, papaya, watermelon, and squash. Possibly even banana, if that’s not too difficult. I don’t plan on juicing many roots, basically, I’m only going to do carrots or parsnips, but that is it. SO what kind of juicer would you recommend?

I was browsing Amazon, and I thought this one would be the best, it had good reviews and a decent price tag, since I don’t want to spend more than $100-130ish dollars. Do you think this would be a good option, or can you recommend something better? http://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-67650-Mouth-Extractor/dp/B000FHQJ6C/ref=sr_1_14?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1312610945&sr=1-14

If you plan to juice mostly soft fruit and greens, you’d be better off with a masticating juicer. Centrifugal juicers are great for carrots and apples, but greens and soft fruit end up with the pulp.
However, masticating juicers are quite a bit more expensive.

What I generally do is use my juicer for tougher things, like celery and apples, and then just toss greens and bananas in with the juice, in the blender.
