what? if u want a flavorful hamburger add some tomato juice (not alot u still want to be able to form the burgers easily) u could also cut bacon into small pieces, fry it and add this in with the patties, or cheese. but for really juicy burgers use the tomato juice! trust me!

Ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stick
- 1 small slice of green cabbage
- 1 slice of red pepper (with seeds)
- 1/2 slice of zucchini
- 1/2 slice of yellow squash
- 4 large Roma tomatoes
- 1 medium clove of garlic
- 2 leaves of cilantro
- 1 slice of jalapeno pepper
- salt to taste
- 2-3 shakes of “Blend It Up” spice mix
- 1 chicken bullion cube
- 1 inch cube of cheddar cheese
Combine the ingredients then add water to the 3 cup fill line of the Vitamix reservoir.
Cover tight and set variable speed to low.
Start at variable speed 1 after which change the dial to 10 (you should go from 1-10 quickly, for instance within 3-5 seconds of flipping the equipment on).
Flip the switch to high and mix for 4-5 minutes until water vapor is pouring from the top of the container.
As soon as things are good and heated turn back to adjustable speed low and then turn the dial back down to 1.
Add black beans, corn and chicken to give the soup texture and consistancy. Make sure you warm these first so your soup remains hot.
Please note, your Vitamix will chop the chicken breast in the soup at adjustable speed 1 therefore please don’t leave it on very long or the soup will lose its mass.
If you’re feeling especially brave you can add tortilla chips just before serving for added flavor. Again, try not to chop excessively.
