Is Naked Juice a plausible substitute for juice from a juicer?
So, my mom wants to go on a juice fast, but she wants to try it out for a while first with Naked Juice because all the vegetables required for juicing are really expensive (much more than Naked Juice). I was just reading about Naked Juice fasting, and some people were saying that it had a lot of sugar and no vitamins. This doesn’t make sense because I just looked at the label for the Green Machine Naked Juice, and it says that there’s no added sugar, it’s vegan, and it did have some vitamin content. It also said that it’s not a low-calorie food (but it’s really not that many calories). So, what do you think? Also, she would be adding fresh juices later on, but would mostly use Naked Juice because as I said before, vegetables and fruits aren’t cheap.
vegetables and fruit from a market would be way, WAY cheaper than a bunch of naked juice bottles. not to mention way less packaging. also, naked juice is pasteurized, fresh juice is not. it’s better to juice yourself.
