Juicer Glass!
JUICING VEGETABLES = LIFE in a GLASS!
Juicer Glass Questions

juicing? who loves juice? 5 stars!?
what i mean is FRESH JUICE. no added sugar or what so ever. right from your juicer. like jack la lanes power juicer.
if you munch 1 apple a day. you feel satisfied. and FULL.
but if you JUICED the apple. It will take 3 apples to make a full glass of juice.
My question is..
will 3 apples will make you fat? is it like your drinking the calorie?.. sometimes juicing carrot + apple + tomato .. which taste really good.
is it better to juice or just munch the vegetables and fruits..?
I hope your not juicing to loose weight because the fiber isn’t where the calories are. In fact fiber is necessary to maintain the system. I don’t buy bottled juice {except light cranberry juice} because MOST of them are made w/ apple juice concentrate and corn syrup. Way too sweet , ” I don’t like apple juice it hurts my guts.” I like to know what I’m getting when I have a glass of juice. {fruit or vegetable.}
Citrus Juicer Reviews
Just be sure that you don’t fall into the trap of only looking at the fancy features of each juicer. A citrus juicer needs to be made just for citrus fruits and each juicer is capable of juicing in different ways, therefore, you will need to know if you will be juicing for citrus juice or citrus water. Making these distinctions is important when reading citrus juicer reviews.
When it comes to picking out a good citrus juicer, you have to know whether or not the juicer is made with citrus fruits in mind or not. This is because citrus fruits are quite fibrous and have very thick and hearty skins. Regular fruit juicers will not be up to the task of juicing whole pieces of lemons or oranges or grapefruits. A citrus juicer, on the other hand, is designed to handle this kind fruit with ease.
After you’ve found out which juicers are citrus specific, it’s a good idea to understand the two different types of juices that can be made. This way, you’ll be able to get one made for the kind of juice you will be making. The two types are citrus juice and citrus water.
If you like your juice thick with lots of pulp, then you will want to make citrus juice. Citrus juice is made by utilizing whole pieces of fruit, skin and all. As there is a lot of nutritional content in the skin, this is a great way to make use of it. Also, juicing the whole fruit is cost effective because you don’t have to buy as much fruit to make each glassful. But what if you don’t like pulp and skin? Then you will want to make citrus water.
Citrus water is made by taking the juice from the fruit and discarding the skin and fibrous membrane within. The resulting drink contains almost no pulp and is much thinner and runnier than citrus juice. Citrus water is also much sweeter. Of course, the flip side is that it takes more fruit to make each glass and you will lose out on the nutrition you would otherwise get from the skin.
In closing, knowing what kind of juice you like to drink is just as important as knowing which kinds of juicer models are made to withstand the vigor of citrus juicing. After you’ve got a grip on these basics, you’ll discover that finding a juicer to fit your needs will be a simple affair. Now all you’ll have left to do is read some citrus juicer reviews until you find just the one you’re looking for.
